At the moment the bottom 10 is a lottery, Sunderlands jump today proves that.
However Mark Hughes would have to be the favourite, even more so now that he has received the public vote of confidence from the clubs owners. Seven premiership defeats is a lot with only thirteen games played

Arsene Whinger is slowly losing his grip on the Gunners. If the likes of Stoke, Fulham and Hull (though Hull are having a good season so far ) are beating them, and they`re drawing with the likes of Spurs who are in the relegation zone, not exactly awe-inspiring performances.
Have you been over to any games recently, SLR?

Tis what I`m hearing Billy but in all fairness I did see somewhere Madrid were after Ramos as well.

Ramos would be the man for the job alright, pretty hard done by in London.......... I know they`re down in the relegation zone at the moment and they had sold off Keane and Berbatov, but he is a decent enough manager. If Spurs didn`t have their policy of "get the right price and sell the player" they`d definitely be challenging for a UEFA cup place.....

Going to Liverpool vs West Ham on December 1st.
Last trip for a while though as the credit crunch and my current state of employment puts manners on me!

I still think Harry could win something with spurs this year luimneach abu, It didn`t work for him today but whatever he is feeding the spurs lads he has made a big difference.

There is a good chance of Spurs retaining the Carling Cup this year, especially when 2 of the big 4 are now gone from it and he had his second squad on against Liverpool. he really has been able to light a fire under their arses....

That`ll be ketchup, if the stories are true.
City might have got rid of the man they need now alright. Eriksson brought a lot of players to Man City in summer `07 and was able to assimilate them straight away. Something similar will be required in January (though who they will be able to sign is another matter, the same players who turned down the likes of Chelsea will certainly not hesitate to turn down Man City ) .

Arsene Wenger isn`t going anywhere!
he has a very good young squad coming we can all see it with the way they play in the Carling Cup. They have a very good chance of going all the way.

`puts manners on me` - thats a very good description of the credit crunch. i am so worried about it i am wondering if my local will even throw out the annual free pints on xmas eve. a tradition that has lasted years might be ended with the clamp down on manners etc
i am an arse fan (not re: women lads ) and if wenger goes i will be scared of a successor ruining the set up. however if he keeps making excuses like the players being humans etcetera he should be told to buck up by the board. we know they are not robots ffs
