How will the country react if the Dubs beat the cats in the final. Will it be good for the rest of the teams in the championship if they did?
Is there any chance that the dubs will win? Stranger things have happened!!!

It would be the best! It would give the rest of us a tiny glimmer of hope! Can`t see it happening though.

I reckon it won`t be as one sided as people here may be thinkin, but I reckon KK will still win it by 5 or 6 points. Would be great for hurling if the Dubs pulled it off! Will they bring the same massive crowd as they do for the football d`ye reckon?

The country won`t react because it won`t happen. There`s as much a chance of Michael Jackson going on a world tour as Dublin have of winning. Kilkenny will win by around 10 points IMO.

You`re from Northern Ireland and as such would know nothing about hurling. You could contributr on such matters as the strength of sterling or the power of the crown.

Dublin have as good a chance of beating KK as anyone outside Cork, Tipp or possibly Clare would have.

Anthony Daly is a pure winner, a real leader for Clarein his day. He won`t back down from Kilkenny. I think Dublin have a fairly balanced team. I can`t see many weaknesses. I can`t see many stand outs either which you`d possibly need against Kilkenny.

Some day some doubt will creep into the Kilkenny team, it happens to all teams. Then the supporters as they always do will start turning on players as they expect results. It`s going to happen sometime, possibly not the is year or next year but who`s to say that Dublin won`t rattle them on Sunday.

It would be mighty for hurling and on another thread some were complaining about the investment in Dublin hurling. Well if they won on Sunday then I`d love to see the GAA double it. A strong capital team would do more for the game then the emergence of Clare in `95.

Go on the Dubs

Dublin better win. I`ve 20 gone down on them @ 10s with PPs. They`ve drifted out in market to 11s since.
Re MJ, ye`d never know. Has anyone seen the death certificate? I`d strap him into wheelchair & push him out front. If he doesn`t make or do those shows, it`s pay-dirt for him. Puts in an appearance he`s fulfiling his` contract. Put on a backing track & no-one`ll be any the wiser. Worked for Milli Vanilli & Britney Spears & no-one noticed!

Gomer you are a dirty West Brit s*****G you are a disgrace to the GAA you make me want to vomit. And how dare you say we no nothing about Hurling. Loughguile won the All Ireland club championship and three other clubs...Ballycastle, Dunloy and Rossa have contested finals. Last year Cross and Passion Ballycastle became the third Ulster school to win the O`keefe cup and our seniors have contested two All Ireland finals. We may not be up there with the Corks and Kilkennys of this world, but we know and love our hurling.
You on the other hand are a complete imbecile who knows nothing of what the GAA stands for you. You have the rhetoric of an English football yob, so God Save the Queen and rule Britania to you.. you West Brit moron

Well said Glensman but you shouldn`t rise to the idiots on this site, there`s too many of them to be dealing with.

right gomer
since you have gone all political here on sambo and questioned his knowledge on the game at the same time just tell us what the fc.....uk do u know. for instance did u know we where hurling down the glens when most of killkenny where playing cricket. (in fairness they have made up for it )  did u know the the current game of hurling is broadly based on the game of caman game derived from the northen regions of the country as opposed to the ioman version of the southern regions.

Are you judging sambos knowledge on antrim,s record in the laim mc carthy cup
dont even get me started on the problems facing our county (demograhic percentcges, provincal apathy out our county etc,

i dont know how sambo poster is but i would bet my house he could access a game of hurling  (even at intercounty level )  better than yourself

as for questioning his nationality well that says more about you than it does him

Jesus the Northern Lads are very touchy! Gomer was looking for a reaction and it worked a treat. Prob sitting at home on his PC bored and said he would post a controversial comment and throw the cat among the pigeons.! Some lads around here would want to relax..!
