Have a 2nd hand Ford Galaxy - the Ford garage are quoting me €320 for a full service or €220 for what they call an annual service which is basically to change the oil.

Is this a rip-off?

jaysus pull u people are gettin cleaned down there, u could get most vehicles serviced up here 100 stg max that includes oil,oil filter air filter fuel filters etc. if those guys are quoting u for oil and oil filter change only for 220euro they could do that in 10 to 15 minutes and 35euro for the parts, think ill head south open up a service center. now if there puttin on a timming belt kit fair enough but somehow i dont think so.

you brought the car to a ford garage........so they do their services on milage.ie first 15 000 miles,an oil change,24 thou, oil and filter change,100 thou mabe timing belt.....dont quote me on exact milage but if your car is 5 + years get someone local to do it.buy the oil yourself, the filters yourself and get him to do the labour.by buying the oil yourself you know youve got the best oil for your engine so it wont pack up.once you see someone do a simple service..you`ll always do it yourself afterwards.good luck and DO NOT be ripped off!
