I`m puzzled why Clare is being ranked so high in Div. 2. Did they win much of anything in League or Liam McCarthy last year? Last I remember, they were fighting not to be relegated (in a relegation-free year ) out of the Liam McCarthy.

Division 1 - Galway & Tipp (dont think kilkenny are gonna kill themselves in the league this year )
Division 2 - Clare & Wexford (Wexford with players back should improve )
