I have already backed Kilkenny at -4 pts 11/10 and Clare minors +9 points at 10/11.

I will definitely back Cats to lead at half time and full time at 5/6.

And now even though I will probobly get flak for saying it, will back Tommy Walsh to get first yellow card at 2/1.

29/1 for a Clare and Tipp double.
Crazy odds - no way there`ll be that much in either game.

The first two might make a nice double

The 2/1 is for him to be booked at any time. Not first.

Tennyson at 25/1 for MOTM is worth a nibble

Kilkenny minors could win by more than 9 pts if the way they dismantled Galway  (who had a decent enough team )  is anything to go by.They also hammered Dublin twice and Clare just scraped past Dublin.

I think Tipp will be within 4 pts of KK.

Are you mad Minty? Tennyson`s half-crocked. He`ll be lucky to see the game out.

Poor odds. The Clare minor odds should be that on their own.

I`ve backed Tipp to win at 3/1. If they oblige, I will lump the returns on Down to beat Cork. And boy, am I looking forward to this game - it should be a cracker! But that`s for another thread.

My value bet of the weekend is Armenia at 5/1 to get the win.

Championship Top Scorer:

Eoin Kelly at 1/4 with PP. Jus t needs 3 points to move clear of Shane Dooley. As close to a sure thing you can get!

I have a double on Tipp 3-1 and the rebels 11-10. Will do Eoin Kelly first goalscorer at 5-1. Interestingly Kelly and Corbett are both 5-1 to score the first goal with PP, and E Brennan and R Power both 6-1. Like myself the bookies think a Tippman will score the first goal!

Sheflin is 9-1 for first goalscorer, only 7-1 for MOTM even though he may not be starting.

If Kilkenny needed any more motivation than the 5 in a row, it has to be all the media hype that Tipp were victims of circumstance/poor refereeing last year.

They won by 5 points. Both teams missed goal chances.

Personally, bets aside I would prefer to see Tipp win. But not gonna happen. UNLESS of course someone robs Cody`s lucky baseball cap that he has worn on All Ireland final day for the last 4 years.

Its not media hype mwtc Tipp were the better team on the day even some of the cats players admitted as much this week. The fact that PJ Ryan won MOTM says it all. What last year also proves it that you must take your chances to beat the cats. I believe we will do the business on Sunday.
