Toyota Car Bonus for Winning Allianz League Teams
The bonus prize of a Toyota Corolla car is in store for the winning playing squads in the Allianz National Football and Hurling league finals at CrokePark this weekend.

The additional rewards to the title winners of Laois versus Tyrone and Kilkenny against Tipperary, are part of the new three-year sponsorship package of Toyota Ireland as the "Official Car Supplier to the GAA".

The objective of presenting Toyota Corolla cars to the winners of the Allianz Leagues and other major GAA events, is to assist with fund raising initiatives for the county team players.

In addition to the Allianz Leagues, the Toyota sponsorship will also see the winning teams in this year's All Ireland football and hurling championships receiving Toyota Corollas, with the respective runners up receiving Toyota Yaris cars. From 2004, Toyota will be presenting the winners of the All Ireland Club Football and Hurling Championship with Toyota Corollas.

Other elements of the sponsorship include All-Star players receiving a special discount on the purchase of a new Toyota during their term as an All-Star.

Dr. Tim Mahony, Chairman, Toyota Ireland, says: "The sole and specific objective of presenting these Toyota cars is to assist with the raising of funds for the relevant team player squads for rest and relaxation after what are undoubtedly arduous campaigns. This initiative has come about following close consultation between Toyota and the GAA, whereby both parties are anxious to put in place a reward programme for the players."
