Tyrone to host inaugural Mid-Ulster 60x30 Handball League
Tyrone handball, fresh from a hugely successful 40x20 club season, are organising a first 60x30 handball league for a number of years. The traditional court game is still recognised by many in the handballing fraternity as the superior game and the Loughmacrory court will play host to an exciting league series commencing in a fortnight’s time.
The league will be split into 2-4 sections (depending on final entries) with fixtures being drawn up in the forthcoming weekend so any players who would still like to enter must provide their names to
Chris Curran
before Saturday 26th May.
Fixtures will commence on Thursday 31st May and there will be one match per week in the league stages followed by semi-finals and a final. With this being the inaugural league there will be no fee to enter as part of the promotion of the 60x30 game in the county.
