Irish handball is definitely on the up following the announcement that DALKIA,
Ireland's leading provider of facilities and energy management, mechanical, electrical and technical services firm, will sponsor this year's 40x20 Championships.

Former Dublin football star, Pat Gilroy who won an All-Ireland senior football medal in 1995 and has proven an inspirational figure for St Vincent’s this year, is Managing Director of the firm.

“DALKIA is delighted to be associated with Irish handball, one of the oldest and most traditional games on this island,” said Gilroy, who was one of three candidates considered by the GAA to replace Liam Mulvihill as Director General. “Handball is a sport with massive potential and we look forward to plenty of top action in this year’s DALKIA 40x20 Championships.”
