Disgraceful decision. He shouldnt have been sent off in the first place.James McCarthys appeal against his very cheap red card was also turned down.Seems like the GAA are now going a bit overboard with this tough justice they have been handing out since the Derrytresk Dromid match

Fine. Then why why cant they deal with it in the the asssociation rather than going into a civil court. To my way of thinking the high court in any country should be dealing with serious siht.Tell Ye truth I think the high court should be telling those people to fcuk off.

He would have to go to the DRA before the High Court as far as I know.

Offaly, you have an unhealthy obsession with Westmeath`s Leinster title victory from 04...it can`t do you any good to be carrying around such angst 8 years later!? I suppose it`s a long time since 1997...

The man has no case. What a shame to miss out on what looks like a landmark occasion for this club but you can`t excuse what he did. Armagh footballers always play football on d edge and this crossmaglen team are no different. Not anywhere near as synical as what people think but never innocent all d same!
Politics have no real place in sport but as every case goes on it seems to get worse........and worse!

Shouldn`t have done what he did but if he lay down rolling around the ground would his aggressor have been sent off? Maybe it is time that the late tackle, shoulder into the chest after the ball is played away deserves a red card.

firstly anyone if they wish can go to high court. i know it cost a lot money but i imagine money no peoblem to crossmaglen. i think kiernan was sent off on the linesmans opinion. i know he can go to DRA but knowing that body they are going to cover themself against legation. by looking for high court which may not take place befiore paddys day then if he goes that route he free to play until high court hearing heard.
