Beaten by Ulster at home and Leinster at home in consecutive weeks.
Had to laugh today, when Ulster went 19-0 nil up the TV paned to the crowd and their was a women in her 50's, dolled up to the nines, with the obligatory shades in the hair and red Munster jacket, gesturing furiously to the Munster man beside her. She seemed to be explaining what was going wrong !! I would have paid 50 quid to hear what she was saying, as i am sure it would have given me some laugh.

Hopefully there'll be a few high profile retirements and Munster can return to their rightful place as also rans among the big boys of European club rugby.

The bandwagon just needs to change a tyre and will be back on track. We have improved since last year when they did not qualify for the quarter finals. Hopefully next year we can make the semi and possibly even make the Heino final.

Dodgy Keeper, I have noticed some of your posts on rugby threads in recent days and I've come to the conclusion that you are a very warped and bitter little man. I really think you take a long honest look at yourself. It's one thing being anti-rugby, it's another wishing ill on men (do you know what a man is?) who have served their country with pride and bravery for many years. Its not this post in particular, it's your whole attitude that has led me to file you in my head under A-hole. I will be keeping an eye on you from now on and if I see any more of your childish bile, I will not be pleased. You have been warned.

FYI - I am a Connacht man and fan.

Greendolphin thats an understatement begrudgery is very much alive especially in Limerick.
Witness some of the comments that have been doing the rounds not alone about Munster but also the Limerick hurling team after last night's narrow defeat by Clare.
I need to give AFR a miss for a litle while otherwise I may become contaminated by all this bitter backbiting.

No, take a look at any of the rugby threads and he is constantly spewing nasty bile. I don't even post in those HC threads but I dont suffer that kind of nastiness well.

Delighted that they are knocked out. Sick up of all the false crap on the local radio stations about team Munster ect., ect. The shots of the women in the crowd with their painted faces and anguished looking faces were so pathetic. Most of the fans are there for the show, the alcohol and the social occasion. Everything thats wrong in this joke of a country imo!!!

The Irish rugby team is a 32 county team. Tha anti rugby bile here is sickening. Yet some of the same people who call themselves republicans have no difficulty fawning over players on the 26 county soccer team and no doubt support cross- channel soccer teams as well. Munster will be back.

Finian, In fairness you come across as a foolish person & I'm disappointed that dodgy keeper is thinking along the same line as yourself. As long as you and your small minded kind are convinced that the genuine GAA supporter only supports GAA, Limerick clubs will continue to be given a wide berth by people that could bring our games forward.
