Anyone watching this absolute gem of a game. Bilbao playing sublime football and are 2-1 up tonight. 3-3 on aggregate.

Yep, it's savage. It's actually quite funny that Bilbao are playing this kind of football, they've always been known in Spain as a kick n' rush team, I remember one lad from Valencia telling me they played 'in the English style'.
Definitely deserve to win this, but as the Barcelona-Chelsea game showed, deserve has nothing to do with it.

Yes indeed, Bilbao serving up some great matches in this Europa League. A joy to watch. Lisbon are a fine side too.
I would prefer Bilbao in the final with Madrid.

Brilliant stuff, absolute cracker of a game, 2 fine teams and a breath of fresh air to restore you faith in football. Bilbao wouldnt be out of place in the champions league final never mind the Europa final, lovely footballing team and when you compare that to a certain side who set themselves up so defensively the other night..i hope to god a Bayern/Bilbao double............

they have a small, young, inexperienced squad and only play basque players which limits the playing pool available to buy.
