Great idea. Shame there isn't one up yet for the Munster Championship.

Agreed, RTE could do worse than tendering out productions like these to genuine GAA men like the lads involved there.

Thats a decent preview, although I certainly wouldn't view the Carlow game as "a potential bannana skin" for Laois - Carlow should probably be favourites for this one.

Only a second half tour de force by Joe Fitz helped Laois over Carlow two years ago in the LHC. Of the fifteen that started that day only five or six are likely to start Saturday week. That's some turnover of players and while younger lads like Neil Foyle have come on in the meantime there's no question but that the panel we had 2 years ago was a lot sronger. That game was also in O Moore Park, whereas Carlow have home advantage this time around. I'd be delighted to leave DCP with any kind of a win.

That's a great preview, and the guys involved obviously know their stuff. Good insite there into Gerry Fitz role in the carlow team etc.
Wud love to see this kind of detail, research & attention put into what RTE put out.
Come the sunday after that game on Sunday game, we'll get a report from some nobody with 1 camera across from the stand. Goals will be showed and maybe 1 or 2 amazing points that were scored ...and to the losers well thats it for ye.

Not a hope, Leinster v Ulster is at 5 that day...cl final chelsea v bayern at 7.45. I'd say Carlow v Laois hasn't a hope of a stream. 2 mins highlights on Sunday game will be it
