...And won with far more dignity than our turnip juggling friends from the South ever managed.
Munster were the epitome of arrogance when they crawled their way to their 2 Heineken Cup wins.

Who are the ladyboys now?

The only thing the west Brit rugger buggeryers should be congratulated on is knocking seven shades of s**te out of the Orange order sports club

Well done leinster

Your not showing much dignity are you
Talk about a vitriolic post would you not think it would better to savour the victory with a little more grace than you are showing
I can guarantee you most of the genuine Munster supporters would have acclaimed this victory for what it was -a brilliant performance.
Congratulations to a fantastic team and if I may be a little parochial to the two Limerick men who contributed handsomely to the victory
When you sober up in the morning you might realise that its much better to be gracious in victory than to show yourself up as a sad asshole by being so petty.

Its a shame that yours is the first non stupid post on this topic. As I Munster fan I didn't want to see them win today or their previous wins. However I just have to congratulate them and what they have done. What a team, what a performance. Definitely the best rugby team I have seen and the best achievement. They can win many more too. They would come fairly close to beating the pick of Europe. some of their play today was just incredible, almost hard to believe. Well done Leinster.

Perhaps you should have titled your topic 'Now All You Munster 'Bitters' Can Go F~€@ Yourselves'.
The sentiments would have been exactly the same!

Do you get a massive kick from talking utter drivel? Or just a small one, hence why you have to do it so often?

hold on a minute. a few years ago this site had plenty of moronic munster fans ( not just the odd one) poking fun at leinster. calling the players lady boys, slagging their fans about shopping in Brown Thomas rather than attending games and then their was the leinster rugby boot photo ( a women's stilleto) that munster fans were taking great glee circulating. There were plenty of munster fans who were happy to behave like the above and portray Leinster as soft lady boys and chokers. Its hardly surprising that Munster would be getting stick now.

And being frank about it, leinster seem to be better winners and losers than munster

There's no harm in a bit of playful banter, and, to be fair, the 'ladyboys' point was well made, given that 'the old Leinster' lacked the requisite steel.

But the vast majority of us Munster lads were quick to acknowledge the rise, and indeed birth, of 'the new Leinster', and the greatness of the current team

There was a lad called corbally legend who hasn't been seen in this parish since leinster handed Munster a lesson in Croker. Fair play to the boys in blue because he was an insufferable ++

Relax the cacks lads. It's just banter.

Leinster were rightly termed ladyboys because of the soft players, brittle temperament and knob jockey fanbase.
I've had harder s**tes than Shane Byrne, Malcom O'Kelly, Reginald Corrigan and Keith Gleeson etc.

Yeah, they are going well now, but the tougher edge to their side has a lot to do with players like Rocky Elsom, Stan Wright, Mike Ross, Sean Cronin, Isa Nacewa, Brad Thorn, Ricard Strauss etc.

They won't stay winning forever. O'Driscoll, D'arcy and Cullen are on their last legs.

I know too well that there are plenty of moronic Munster supporters, and still are. However, dodgy does nothing more than throw cheap criticism without backing up anything he says. Rather than add something intelligent to the thread, he just blindly attacks instead, and it's getting tiresome.

Me myself, I applaud Leinster, they are awesome to watch. They have improved on the work done by Cheika, and Schmidt has elevated them to an almost untouchable level when in form. I'd just rather that someone would say something meaningful rather than deride something just because they don't like the sport for whatever reason.

Please promise us all you will say that to Big Mal's face if you are ever fortunate to be drinking in the same bar in the future.

Delighted with the win, Ulster fans were a credit to their Province, great weekend.

Very proud of Leinster. The greatest squad in the history of the HEC. When you think of the teams they've beaten to their respective titles too, Wasps, Quinns, Munster, Leciester, Saracens, Clermont, Toulouse, Northampton, Bath, Ulster etc thats some line up they've left in their wake. This one is very sweet though beating the Georges cross carrying tossers and over taking the hype machine from Limerick too, the bitterest bunch of fans we've encountered.

What a ridiculous post are you suggesting that every player on the Munster side was born and bred in the province or that those that weren't made no contribution to their success.

This is the kind of attitude among the most knowledgeable fans in the world that turned most neutrals against the boys in red.

H Cup over and already the media falling over themselves to cover meaningless set of friendly internationals in New Zealand.

Most sports have some sort of close season but the rugger bandwagon keeps rolling for 12 months.

With Ulster winning the first Heineken Cup for Ireland, Munster winning the next two and Leinster winning the next three, here's hoping Connaught win the next four!

The irony is that after win one or two, Connacht fans would be accused on here of getting a bit big for their brogues and being a pack of yachting, gin-swilling, bandwaggon jumping bhanciors. Apologies to the Leinster and Munster fans who might not understand the "foreign language" at the end of this post!
