Just out of curiosity but how do they measure these things? I mean what exactly is it based on or is it just an estimation?

Often wonder about that myself.Probably a phone survey, and base the result on percentages. The figures are usually released when a high audience is achieved, like a toy show, All Ireland final or Six nations.

How many watched the opening ceremony of the International Eucharistic Congress, I wonder? Surprised to see that there was no reaction to MDH in Poznan, and not at the opening of the IEC....

Which means in spite of their low footballing skills the team is still able to fool all of the people all of the time and yes I was one of them. This is not about to get prettier any time soon folks so any plans ye made to work in that back garden this week should not be disturbed

Great that they got beaten so well. This might shut up the bandwagon crowd. Ireland are a disgrace to soccer. Boring and useless. I hope England go on and win it. Its their game.

Definitely the biggest sport for the tv addicted, idling, workshy, social welfare lifetime claimers who go crazy whenever we qualify for these tournaments and have giant ''parties'' when we return to celebrate mediocrity.

But we have a crapatoni team.
