The company was called 'Jugs Ireland' and Michael Hearn the former Examiner journalist and Paul Flynn the former Waterford hurler were involved in it. I remember contacting Hearn at one stage to find out more about it.

The were a US baseball machine. I dont know if they are still importing them.

County board bought one a few years ago, the last i heard it was gathering dust in Clareabbey.
So if you have contacts within you might just be in luck.

tks bannerabu i know a few people working in clareabbey alright but i dobut some how that they would be giving that away some how.

Would it not have made more sense to use that, than to climb Carrauntoohill in the small hours of the morning??

If its not been used im sure Pat would be more than willing to off load it for a fee much less than what ud pay for a new one.
Do your homework find out their value before making contact with Fitz.

I will.. what price would you say they roughly are to buy? be hard to get research on them.

SLR is right, Paul Flynn was involved i remember meeting him in Flannans at a demo about 4 years ago(nice fella).
