God that was great. The 40 minute break was handy to turn over to the football. Nadal got a bit narky when rosol was moving when receiving serves. Hope he progresses alot further.

So Rory's poor run of form has all the experts scratching their head, has it?
Can't figure out how he's no longer able to compete, at the top level, then?

D'uh!

If everything goes according to plan from here on in, it should be a Djokovic and Murray final! Of what I have seen of Murray so far I have been very impressed! He's improving all the time, physically he looks in great shape, and some of the backhands and forehands that he hit particularly against Daveydenko in the first round were unreal! The only question now is will he be able to handle the huge expectation that will be on his shoulders when the competition heats up?

Rain has stopped play at Wimbledon. Sue Barker has just said they need to wait until the roof over the centre court is put in place. This she says takes about half an hour and then a while more to get everything ready.
The weather forecast for today was showers so why didnt they put the roof out and get stuff ready overnight.

Indeed, when all along we had likes of De Valera, Haughey, Aherne and Biffo too guide us to nirvana of happiness and prosperity, with the guidance of the church of course!!!

Was reading there on RTE sport that the female players get paid the same as the men. I didn't know this and was surprised to say the least. Sure they only play three sets.

Perhaps the above photo explains it. Is this the only sport where women get paid the same or more than the men?

I edited there, but perhaps I should have left it as it was.

Caroline Wozniacki has been in the papers a lot recently with Rory. Unless there has been some serious airbrushing done, that photo above is definitely not of her. It doesn't look anything like her at all.
