Surprised to see so many picking Derry, they certainly have a chance but you'd have to fancy a good Longford team at home.

Derry can't be as bad again as they were the last day, can they?

I predict that Spillane will declare prior to Donegal/Tyrone game that Gaelic football is on its last legs and after the Donegal/Tyrone game that the sport is well and truly dead because of Ulster football. I also predict that O'Rourke or Brolly will agree with him.

Sad, but it seems to be the most likely outcome this weekend. Regarding the games themselves my own predictions:

Tyrone vs Donegal = Tyrone
Kildare vs Meath = Kildare
Dublin vs Wexford = Dublin
London vs Antrim = Antrim
Wicklow vs Waterford = Wicklow
Laois vs Carlow = Laois
Westmeath vs Louth = Westmeath
Tipp vs Offaly = Offaly
Longford vs Derry = Derry
Roscommon vs Armagh = Armagh
Fermanagh vs Cavan = Draw

Well if O'Rourke's performance before the Monaghan/Down game is anything to go by then they'll write off the game before any of the supporters start their pre-match pints. I couldn't believe the geriatric fart the last day as he rubbished the game before a ball was kicked, Christ, he didn't even know what the weather was like up there. They should be all given the boot, Lyster too, as they are only collecting a pay cheque at this stage.

Anyone but FF, I think Derry are a decent side but I reckon Longford are as good and they are hard beat at home. It should be a good game, perhaps the game of the weekend.

Think a good few of the Ros lads have headed off to the US of A. That's why I've Armagh to win handy, it could even be a rout.

I dont watch the analaysis aprt from a tiny little bit to remind me how predictable they are.Last sunday was a great example.Even though I enjoyed the first half and thought it was shaping up for great second half.I knew Spillane would rubbish the game and crticise Monaghan for at times overindulging in hadpassing.Monaghan did this because obviously the long ball wasnt on at that stage and so felt it was pointless giving the ball away, they had no problem kicking long when a player was available for a long ball into the full forward line.Anyone with the slightest bit of knowledge about football could see what Monaghan were doing yet Spillane seems blind to anything that doesnt suit his agenda

Waterford and Wicklow was a draw anyway. Do these games go to extra time?

Tipp leading Offaly by 2 pts in Thurles , Halftime now.

The lead commentator on Tipp FM said there was a very strong breeze favoring Tipp in the first half, the co Commentator didn't think there was much of a breeze in it at all.

Tipp missed a penalty just before Half time.

Westmeath up by 1 point, 0-11 to 0-10. Referee seems to be a talking point, Louth feel like they're getting the shìtty end of the stick from him.

2-8 to 0-13 Derry up by a point but it's only goals keeping them in the game. 11 minutes of additional time.
