I think it had more to do with the hurling brains on the Galway sideline.

So we've eliminated you as being Anthony Cunningham in real life.

You'd have to go a long way back to find a more one-sided final than what was witnessed last year in Munster. Not that it did the seven goal victors any favours when it came to the real business of winning an All-Ireland title-a point Anthony Cunningham will be keen to hammer home to his troops. He only needs to recall his county's semi-final success against Kilkenny in '86 (a feat they couldn't repeat come AI day) to reinforce this point even further.

CP we all know you're a troll. I'm sure Cody will agree with you tonight and may well place a sign that says 'KK hurling my arse' on the door to the training ground dressing room to fire up the troops. Don't think they're finished yet sweet pea.

Would a post of the year contender not have to have some grain of truth? Galway were magnificent today and they did to Kilkenny exactly what Kilkenny have done to so many others. Galway played just like Kilkenny do at their best.

the Leinster championship is so poor now that even counties outside Leinster can win it handy.

Whereas the Munster Final victors of 2011 put the Leinster Champions of the same year to the sword by a margin far exceeding twenty one points in last year's All-Ireland proving beyond reasonable doubt the mediocrity of Leinster hurling. Oh wait!!!!!

It has been a black weekend for Leinster hurling. Probably the worst ever. Dublin beaten, Offaly beaten & Kilkenny beaten. All within 24 hours.

Coupled with that, the Bob O'Keeffe Cup been won by a county not even from Leinster.

Dublin, Offaly, Laois, Carlow & Westmeath all out from the Championship.

Only 2 counties from Leinster remaining in the Championship.

Contrast that to the situation of the Munster teams.

Not one Munster hurling team out of the Championship yet. And every Munster team winning their last match!
Kilkenny can't even boast that!

And they say you're only as good as your last match!

If you're a betting man you should check out the Paddy Power website. Some great value to be had if you fancy a Munster team for AI glory!

The All-Ireland champions are STILL FROM Leinster and will be at seasons end, like it or not.

It appears that rumours of the demise of Leinster hurling have been wildly exaggerated!!

Time to admit the Munster counties into Leinster so they can get some decent competition, methinks.

There no chance offaly have contributed anything worthwhile to leinster hurling since the punt was in use in ireland. Ye remind me of the lads who ran away when the war was on but once its over come out and say ye were there fighting. Offaly lads are funny.

What is your obsession with Offaly.

Listening to alot of gobsh1tes on this site you would have thought that the reason Offaly have failed to beat Kilkenny in the last 10 years or so was because Offaly were afraid of Kilkenny and didnt want it enough and lay down for them when clearly it is because Kilkenny are an extremely good team and every team in Ireland has taken a few hidings off them in the Cody era.Of course it seems reasonable analysis is beyond certain people on this forum

What Leinster hurling are you referring to?
Leinster Hurling=Kilkenny hurling. The other counties are not at the races. Galway is west of the Shannon though now participating in Leinster.
Munster will be back. Don't be crowing too soon.
