Anyone have any fancies for this weekend?

Tiger is 9/2 with PP and has a serious record around this course.

I fancy Adam Scott to bounce back after the Open and he's 18/1 with PP.

Torn between Bo Van Pelt & Bubba Watson at 33/1 & 30/1 as another pick e/w.

For a European pick im looking at Francesco Molinari as Top European @ 14/1 as opposed to an e/w bet on him outright at 40/1.

dustin johnson 33-1. a player who i really think can go to the very top.. comin into form after injury and on his day is top class

bubba watson. 33-1. good to me at augusta been off the boil since but recently showin form again. played well here in the past

You'd have to fancy tiger having won here 7 times. Great field.

Tiger deservedly favorite on a course he loves, but the price is prohibitive.

I'll go with Dufner (the form player all year), Van Pelt (good form the past few weeks), and Luke Donald (not in form, but surely has to come good soon).

I see Paddy is tuning up for the PGA in the 2nd tier tournament in Nevada. Good for him, scrambling to earn a Ryder Cup place. I can't see him being a captain's pick.

Actually not a bad field in the Reno Tahoe open, been watching a bit of it there.

Tiger was positive after his round, from the highlights looked as if he was striking the ball well but left a few putts slip by.

His irons were very good from what I saw dolph.he did leave a few behind him I guess but he still looks like he's not happy with his game IMO.
Jim was hitting the ball really well

The bottom line Faldo is that he won't be happy until he's bagged a major!

Furyk's to loose surely?

Tiger and Rory showing form heading into next week. Looking forward to seeing Kiawah, if the wind blows we'll be thinking they're in Scotland!

Hoping our golf buddy BT is doing alright.

As a liverpool fan I almost feel sorry for ya ;) (I see Cahill is playing with NY now btw)

Well you'll have to stick with him next week or you'll know what will happen.

I hope Bradely wins it, the only yank to play the Irish Open this year.

Unbelievable last hole! Second time Furyk has done it this year. But this was spectacular. Ya Bradley was leading last year after 54, or at least joint leader.

Just a quick word for Keegan Bradley, he's a top top bloke imo. Backed him yesterday morning @ 10/1. Poor Jim will be sick for a few days.

Was away for the weekend so didn't get to watch any of it. But looking at the leaderboard and reading about it, a few things come to mind.
- Jim Furyk needs to nip this screwing up on 18 thing in the bud. Any more and he could start to get the choker tag, and that's a mantle that's hard to lose (ask Greg Norman).
- Bo Van Pelt just needs that one big Sunday round to win a big tournament. He plays himself into contention as often as anyone, but never has that big Sunday breakout.
- If Tiger Woods keeps swinging as hard as he still does, he'll find it very hard to avoid injury. At his age, injuries are harder to recover from. Slow it down Tiger.
- I think Mickelson is done. Hope not, because I like the guy, but he looks done.
