Because of work I get to see a lot of movies lately. I saw this movie the other day and normally I wouldn't go near a cartoon type film. But this was brilliant and the fight scene in the castle was by far the best laugh I have had in ages. It is a children's film but is a great laugh and well worth going to see.

Are you reviewing movies these days? I always thought that would be a great job.

No, but I'm doing a lot of work with vulnerable young people. It will finish when they go back to school so I'm making the best of it before the contract finishes.

Haven't been to a grown ups movie in years but regularly take the kids, is Brave for bigger ones? Mine are under 6.
Tangled, the Rapunzel movie from a couple of years ago was brilliant, plenty of action and a few tears at the end.

Don't know what age group it's aimed at but there were children as young as (my guess) 4 there and they seemed to like it. There were one or two smaller ones who were getting bored and fidgety.

Its only average from the usually very good Pixar. Could have been a lot better but that bear stuff was stupid.
