No, we wouldn't.

Tipp only have themselves to blame for losing that one, they threw away countless scores to bad wides when, if they got them, would have pushed them on. Bottom line is, they didn't take their chances that day, we did. Kirwan can't be blamed for that.

And Tipp couldn't live with us when we upped the pace in the last 10 minutes, especially when Dunne went off. We out-scored them 2-5 to 0-3 after that.

What about the famous Cork 7 in a row 1941 - 1947?

Won 41-44, lost a munster semi-final in dodgy circumstances to Tipp - the eventual winners - in 1945. Mind you, they won the football that year. Won again in 1946 and lost the 47 final by a point.
