I understand that there is probably a good reason for this but it is very unfortunate that this is the case on the best GAA site on the web. I for one can't be bothered reading a series of long winded general posts the likes of which the newspapers do much better eventually descending to petty little arguments just to read an occasional interesting and original point. If i was to make a point at 9 o clock on friday morning and was unable to check the site till that evening it will be totally lost if anyone has responded or wahtever. There are individual issues surrounding every match and i don't see why we can't select the things that interest us and work from there.
I feel similarly about the soccer and other sports also. I usually check on here about 10 times a day but usually only for 5 or less minutes at a time.

The Banner folk are passionate about their championships, fare play to them. Thats why their underage is coming on so strong in Clare. Am hoping the lack of debate on Sunday's AI Final is not indictative of a fore gone clnclusion expectation !

Doesn't this thread / topic make it two?

Why would anyone need more than one topic on a match of any code?

The ghost in the machine is fighting back!

Anyway, making a thread a "Fógra", would always give it a kiss of death. In most other boards "Fógras" are for notices and not for posting in.

"Fógra" means notice or announcement after all.

No, the topic's second page is inaccessible, meaning effectively that there can be no discussion on the AI hurling final in the week running up to it.....not unless someone starts a new thread.

put in a couple of reply posts to it, and it has moved on to page 3, back up and running - no page two though
