i've being going to kilkenny matches for almost 40 years and i've never seen offaly clad supporters cheering for kilkenny, but if they are, fair play to them.
if kilkenny weren't in yesterdays match i would've been there cheering on galway because i've been a fan of galway hurling since the '80 thanks to the exploits of the connollys, cooney, keady, gerry mac et al.
i think it's rather sad that genuine hurling supporters can't go cheer for a county other than their own because they appreciate their talent without being called pathetic!
